Tickets, Seats & Delivery

  • How will I get my tickets?
    You will pick up your tickets from the box office. Just give them the name on the voucher. Ticket voucher will send to you via email once the tickets have been procured. Tickets are being held for you at the theatre box office, under the lead passenger last name as displayed on the voucher. The voucher must be presented to the box office prior to entry to the theatre. Passengers should arrive at least one hour prior to the performance. Late seating is entirely at the theatre management's discretion. Please don't be late! You don't want to miss anything!
  • Where will my seats be?
    We’re unable to provide specific seating locations until the tickets have been procured, but we work hard to acquire the best seats in the section you have selected. Specific seating information will be shown on the ticket voucher.
  • Can you accommodate large groups (>6)?
    We will do our absolute best to accommodate larger parties and get the best possible price and seats available at your time of purchase. Because inventory may be limited, advance booking is recommended for the entire group to sit together.

    We will absolutely do our best to assist you. Please submit a support request with the desired show and performance date before placing an order so we can verify availability and pricing first.


Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    All Webroadway sales are final and non-refundable.
    If you've made a mistake in your order, contact us immediately. The best way is to call the phone number provided in your confirmation email.
  • Does Webroadway markup ticket or charge fees?
    The price you pay for the tickets is the ticket face value plus tax and service fees. Our fees are among the lowest in the industry.


Accounts, Security & Privacy

  • What does Webroadway do with my personal information?
    We take our customers' privacy very seriously.
    • Webroadway does not sell your personal information to third parties.
    • Webroadway does not store your complete credit card information, only an authorization token that can only be used by us.
